Excursion

Following the presentations, there will be a chance for more informal discussion with other participants in an gOnsen-Ryokanh (Japanese traditional style hot spring hotel).

Destination: Izu-Ito Hot Spring Area

Schedule:
Sunday, May 16
17:00 Start from Keio Univ. Hiyoshi Campus by charter bus.
19:30 Arrival at Yamaki-Ryokan
20:00 Dinner & hot spring / Discussion

Monday, May 17
8:00 Breakfast
10:00 Check-out
10:00 -12:00 Walking Tour of Historical Places in Ito city (Temple, Shrine, Architecture etc.)
12:00 End of the official program at Ito Station

Fees:
charter bus 5,000 yen (one way), 8,400 yen (Hotel with breakfast and dinner), Guide Tour (optional) ca.750 yen (including entrance fees).

This excursion will end at Ito City. From Ito to Tokyo Station it takes about 2 hours by local train (Fee: 2,150 yen). More detailed information will be given to the participants after arrival.
